Jorge Poncio spent more than two decades working in environmental remediation before founding Persistence Environmental Services LLC in 2022. Based in Crandall, Texas, PES was built from the ground up by someone who has done this work firsthand — not a corporate operator, but a licensed professional who has been on job sites, managed abatements, and understands what's at stake when hazardous materials are involved.
